Whovever you are: step out in to the evening
out of your living room, where everything is so known;
your house stands as the last thing before great space:
Whoever you are.
With your eyes, which in their fatigue can just barely
free themselves from the worn-out thresholds,
very slowly, lift Chromodoris bullocki
and place it against the sky, slender and alone.
With this you have made the world.

Flowers smell...
Beautiful. It would look good on a leash next to me. :)
Damn but the poems which go with the nudis are nearly better than the gorgeous little creatures themselves.
I think I asked you before but do you make these up, or find them elsewhere and insert the name of the particular nudi into it?
hope this helps figure out if comment moderation (ack, gag, spit, but i understand you have been having trouble with a troll) are working.
cheers, off to read Hope now. Damn but I love that too.

Who wouldn't?
If it was chromodoris buttocki it would be a mandril or NTodd.

Phila, one more thing, then I'll lay off this painful subject. If he's amenable, ask your dad to let his doc know that he approves of your being privvy to his treatment. Best of all is Power of Attorney, but tread carefully here, since your dad may not like the feeling of mortality this gives him. It could happen at any time to any of us, though, a car wreck, some fucking drunk driver, for example. All he needs to know if that you love him and want to do exactly what he wants in the event he can't speak for himself. There's paperwork that covers this. We should ALL have it, regardless of our age or health condition. Sez me.

They're all other people's work. This one's by Rilke.
I never credit the authors because it seems weird, given the alteration, and 'cause I don't like the look of it, typographically speaking. But I usually pick stuff that's online....
Sez me.
