Harmonic Tremors

I'll give it a 9, 'cause you can dance to it:

Geologists have developed a new sonification technique that translates seismic activity data into sound. Listening to the sound files, as well as creating "scores" that can be analyzed, may allow scientists to detect subtle changes that precede increased activity.
Here’s the sonification of activity at Mount Etna. Roll over, Nancarrow, and tell Ligeti the news!
