A confused stile, and a disturbed method, is fittest to discourse of our miserie.

WOW! That is one fine looking nudi! I know I say that every week, but this one is really wonderful because it reminds me of areolar connective tissue!
(Why is this important? Well, it's important because this is one of the connective tissue types that I am examining my anatomy and physiology students over this coming week on their lab practical exam).

After a really horrible day it is refreshing to see these simple creatures in all their beauty. Many of us who don't comment regularly enjoy the nudis as much as those who do. I look forward to these every week! Thanks for the lift. Marilyn
Stop me if I've told you this story before:
A colleague, H, and I were visiting the Seattle Aquarium many a year ago. Their special display then was about jellyfish. H said, "I see this and it only affirms my belief in God." I nodded non-committally. To me, jellyfish and nudis only affirm that there is great beauty to be found in the cosmos, and evolution is a wondrous thing...
It's OK with me if nudibranchs affirm someone's belief in God...as long as that argument doesn't end up in a science textbook!
